The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) is the primary frontline office of the University in its relations with the students. The OSA oversees the implementation of policies that support the academic pursuits and total development of students.

The main service of the OSA is the Career Guidance and Counseling Center. The OSA conducts periodic evaluation of the students and assess their intellectual, social and emotional development that shall serve as basis for career counseling. The OSA conducts various programs designed to sustain student development such as Job Fair, Freshmen Orientation Program and Leadership Training for students leaders.

The College complements its comprehensive classroom lectures and workshop skills development with extra-curricular activities organized by students themselves, giving them hands-on experience on leadership. The OSA collaborates with these student organizations and other offices such as the Office of the Assistant to the President for Cultural Affairs, the Physical Education Department of the College of Liberal Arts and the College Deans in organizing various programs that promote the social, cultural, and athletic development of the students.
