OFFICE OF STUDENT AFFAIRS
The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) is the primary frontline office of the Academy in its relations with the students. The OSA oversees the implementation of policies that support the academic pursuits and total development of students.
The main service of the OSA is Supervision of all Student-related Activities and Career Guidance and Counseling Center through the Guidance Services Unit. OSA conducts periodic evaluation of the students and assess their intellectual, social and emotional development that shall serve as basis for career counseling. OSA conducts various programs designed to sustain student development such as Job Fair, Freshmen Orientation Program and Leadership Training for student leaders.
NAAP complements its comprehensive classroom lectures and workshop skills development with extra-curricular activities organized by students themselves, giving them hands-on experience on leadership. OSA collaborates with student organizations and other offices such as the Office of Sports and Cultural Affairs Unit and Events Management, different Institutes (ILAS, INET and ICS) in organizing various programs that promote the social, cultural, and athletic development of the students.

Aviate 2026 General Orientation for Academic Year 2026-2027
The National Aviation Academy of the Philippines (NAAP) officially welcomed new, returning, and transferee students as it opened Academic Year 2026–2027 through Aviate 2026: General Orientation last June 29, 2026.
The orientation marked the beginning of another academic year dedicated to academic excellence, integrity, and humanity, reflecting NAAP’s commitment to developing competent and values-driven aviation professionals.
NAAP extends its appreciation to the Office of Student Affairs and the Guidance Services Unit for the successful organization of Aviate 2026, providing students with essential information and guidance as they begin their academic journey at the Academy.
