The Institutional Development and Planning Office (IDPO) serve as the Academy’s central planning and development office responsible for institutional planning, strategic management, infrastructure planning and monitoring, policy development support, performance monitoring, and sustainability initiatives. The Office provides technical and administrative support in the formulation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of institutional plans, programs, projects, and development initiatives to ensure alignment with the Academy’s vision, mandate, and national development priorities.

 

The IDPO also coordinates institutional compliance with national government policies, quality assurance requirements, sustainability frameworks, and international higher education ranking systems while supporting evidence-based decision making through planning, research, project monitoring, and data management.

NAAP Utilities Consumption Report

The NAAP Utilities Consumption Report is an interactive dashboard that provides real-time insights into the Academy’s electricity and fuel consumption, allowing users to filter data by selected dates and view dynamic charts, year-over-year comparisons, and key performance indicators. It also highlights NAAP’s sustainability outcomes from solar energy generation, including carbon emissions avoided, equivalent trees planted, coal saved, and total cost savings, demonstrating the Academy’s commitment to operational efficiency and environmental stewardship.
