The award was formally presented during the 1st General Assembly of the National Aviation Academy of the Philippines (NAAP) signed by Dr. Maria Sisa T. Dela Cruz, OIC NAAP held on December 18, 2025 at Villamor, Pasay City. The recognition was received by Louell Cid Cabanela, CSSP, MIT AVSSM Coordinator. It was officially delivered and awarded to 1LT Jimmy Badlis, PAF Executive Officer of 522nd Aerodrome Operation Squadron.
