During the meeting, the Chairperson reported the actions taken by the NAAP Board of Trustees during its First Special Governing Board Meeting held on 27 January 2026.
Of the nine matters raised under Matters Arising from the Minutes, seven were closed while two remain ongoing.
The Administrative Council also confirmed its Referendum Approval of the Revised Program of Receipts and Expenditures (PRE) for FY 2026, based on Republic Act No. 12314 (GAA FY 2026) and Internally Generated Income (IGI). Consequently, the Council approved the Revised Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) and Annual Procurement Plan (APP) for FY 2026, as well as the BAC Resolution recommending the award of contract to the winning bidder for security services covering the period February to December 2026.
